Counselling focuses on healing emotional or psychological distress and often involves working through past experiences. Coaching, especially in parenting and teen development, is more future-focused—helping you build skills, set goals, and navigate challenges with confidence.
If your teenager is experiencing emotional struggles, low confidence, withdrawal, difficulty managing emotions, or lacks direction, teen coaching can help. It provides a safe space for them to express themselves and gain tools for personal empowerment.
Our Conscious Parenting Course covers emotional connection, communication skills, discipline without conflict, supporting your teen's mental health, and building trust. It’s designed to equip you with tools that create long-term connection and cooperation.
We offer both online and in-person sessions depending on your preference and location. This ensures flexibility and accessibility for clients across Kenya and beyond.
Individual counselling and coaching sessions are typically 50–60 minutes long. Group sessions or workshops may vary depending on the format and topic.
